Please mention your vehicle identification number (VIN Vehicle Identification No.) in the order remarks. The activation code (PIN) is linked to the vehicle’s VIN and the card’s unique version. Please ensure that you submit the right car VIN. If your car’s region differs from the region whose maps you want to update, you must follow the method to modify the region. Otherwise, the map data and activation code you received from us will be rendered useless. In rare circumstances, you can modify the region manually via the head unit’s engineering menu. The cost of changing the region is not included in the pricing. We do not offer services to change the region. This item cannot be returned once the activation code (PIN) has been produced.

How do I update the Mercedes-Benz map procedure?

1. Download the most recent map versions from HERE.
2. Select the desired map and save it to a USB stick or SD card.
3. Simply put the stick into the proper head unit slot after downloading the map data.
4. Insert the USB stick or SD card into the head unit slot to begin the upgrade procedure. You will be asked for your Navi Map PIN code.
5. Below, you can instantly generate the appropriate PIN code.

• Audio/Becker Map Pilot upgrades are not supported for the COMMAND head unit
• After generating a map PIN, refunds are not accessible. Our map PIN codes, on the other hand, are guaranteed to operate as long as the proper parameters are set.
• Check that the new map is for the same area as the previous one. If you need to change regions, you must go through a different process that requires diagnostic equipment, which we do not currently provide.
• Map pin codes do not have an expiration date. They can be reused at any moment as long as the input parameters (head unit model, vin, map region, and map version) stay constant.
• When generating the activation pin, use the VIN of the car where the head unit is currently installed (rather than the VIN of the donor car in the event of a retrofitted head unit)

During the Installation Process

Time required to finish: 60 minutes. Start your Mercedes and place the USB in the USB slot. Wait 5–10 seconds for the update to be promoted. The current map version and year, as well as the updated map version and year, will be displayed in the prompt.

1. To begin the update, press the “Yes” button . The map license key will now be requested. As part of your order, you would have received the Map License PIN code.
2. Enter your license key here. The map update has begun. Please be patient, as the procedure takes 30–60 minutes to finish. During the upgrade, you must keep the automobile running. Also, while the upgrade is underway, keep the command-system functions disabled. Interrupting the update process may result in the update process becoming frozen.
3. When the update is finished, you’ll get a success message. Take the USB out of the USB slot.
4. The display can confirm the updated map version.
